Our unique process starts with the parkers Vehicle DNA. Vehicle DNA consists of the make, model, color and license plate number of a vehicle.
Digital parking automation of the off street parking process captures the Vehicle DNA as the parker enters your lot. This parker may pay for parking at a VisoinPay QR sign, the VisionPay mobile App, a payment kiosk, or via a 3rd party payment application.
The parker can pay upon arrival, departure or even after returning home. Our system will calculate the time stayed and analyze the parking payment to your rate structure. If paid, no further action. If the parker does not pay…
Our digital parking platform will internally issue a citation the following business day based on the registered owner of the vehicle (no personal information gathered). Once created our team of professionals will handle all aspects of parking enforcement including verification of the data, distribution of the citation and collection of the payment. With customer service in mind, our agents keep your clients happy; even in the case of a violation challenge.
