Remit-Online.com is an online payment processing system developed by Clancy Systems International, Inc. for Clancy VISION parking enforcement clients.
Instructions for online credit card and standard check payment are printed on the client parking violation notification and customer statements. If you have received a citation click the button below to pay online
Remit-Online.com is a payment processing service allowing for online payments. Using a credit card or check, a payment can be submitted and cleared instantly at no cost to the VISION client. There is a small service fee to the end user for the online payment system usage.
Upon receipt of a clients parking violation notification the end user enters the URL to the remit-online client address (remit-online.com/###### where ###### is the client ID number provided on the parking violation notice). This will prompt the end user to input an invoice, or citation number and the amount they wish to pay. When finished, the user is then prompted for their credit card or check information and a valid email address.
When the transaction is submitted series of emails are created and sent. First, a receipt to the user, confirming that their credit card or check has been charged. And second, to an administrator stating the payment information has been received. This allows the VISION client to apply the payment to the end user account.
If the credit cards is invalid or declined, the user is given the opportunity to return to the submittal screen to re-enter their information, or select a different card. The same is true for online check processing.
The VISION client will receive a single accumulated payment each month along with a statement of each transaction.
